3. Quotes, orders and payment terms
We provide estimates for projects based on the information you supply. Quotes may require a deposit to
secure materials or schedule fabrication. Once you approve a quote and pay the required deposit, we will
begin work. Final payment is due upon completion or as specified in your agreement. Late or non‐paymentmay result in suspension or termination of services, and all payments are non‐refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
To ensure your project proceeds smoothly, you agree to provide accurate, up‐to‐date information during
the estimating, fabrication and installation process. You must ensure your site meets any necessary
building or safety codes and provide timely access to the work area. You are responsible for cooperating
with our team, supplying relevant design choices and approvals, and verifying that your selections fit your
space and needs. You are also responsible for complying with any laws or regulations that apply to your
project.
5. Appointments and scheduling
Scheduling of consultations, templates, installations or other services is subject to availability. You agree to honor scheduled appointment times and to notify us promptly if you need to reschedule. Missed
appointments may delay your project or incur additional fees. We may use third‐party scheduling platforms to manage appointments; see Section 8 below for more information.
